¨ Engineering services related to the planning and design of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems, including feasibility assessments, modeling, master planning, with focus on pumping stations, distribution/collection systems, and water and wastewater treatment plants;

¨ Engineering services related to the planning and design of water resource projects, including drainage master planning, hydrology and hydraulics studies, flood control, floodplain mapping, design of municipal drainage improvements and water quality issues; and

¨ Engineering services related to project management, conceptual design, cost estimating, bidding, and construction phase services.

CEC can provide assistance with project management or other project tasks to potentially supplement larger firms, or smaller utilities, as well as pursue local community utility work requiring MWBE credit either as part of a team for large projects or as an individual for smaller projects.
